for Rotary’s End of Summer 5K Run. A perfect event for the entire

Start and Finish line are located at Westfield Community School
Parking
It is recommended to park at Westfield Community School, 2100 Sleepy Hollow Road, Algonquin, IL 60102. There should be ample parking.

Race day registration begins at 6:45am
Course Information
Run or walk up and down the famously quaint neighborhood streets of
Algonquin. A water station will be located along the course with water
and sports drinks. This fast, open course will appeal to all runners.

Packet Pick-up - 6:15-7:45 a.m.
Run/Walk Start – 8:00 a.m.
Awards ceremony and refreshments to follow.
Category/Awards
Custom event awards will be awarded to the top participants male and female. Top three awards to age groups 11 and under, 12-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and up
More Information
Walkers with strollers are allowed on course and it is the participants
responsibility to take proper caution. The course is open to the public
during the event and participants are responsible for taking proper
caution.
It is the participant’s responsibility to make sure that they do not
impair their ability to hear, see and detect present or potential
hazards and dangers.
During the event there will be restricted access to the streets located
along the course route. However participants may encounter emergency
vehicles, local traffic and/or a car pulling out of a driveway.
Water stations include water and sports drink.
No dogs.
The event will start rain, snow or shine. The event could be delayed do to lightning.
